This Privacy Policy applies to Cvchub websites, applications, and services, including social scheduling, approvals, uploads, and connected channel features.
By using Cvchub, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
- Account and workspace data: name, email, role, team membership, and workspace preferences.
- Content data: post drafts, captions, status history, media assets, review notes, and scheduling metadata.
- Connected channel data: platform identifiers, permissions/scopes, encrypted access credentials, and health/status signals.
- Usage and device data: logs, browser/device details, IP address, timestamps, and product events.
- Billing data: subscription status and billing metadata. Payment card processing is handled by our payment provider and is not stored on Cvchub servers.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and improve Cvchub services.
- Authenticate users and manage permissions.
- Schedule and publish content to connected social channels.
- Process approvals, moderation workflows, and support requests.
- Monitor service reliability, security, and abuse prevention.
- Communicate product, billing, or policy updates.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
We may share information with:
- Service providers that host infrastructure, support authentication, analytics, and billing.
- Social platforms you connect to Cvchub (for example, Meta properties) when you authorize publication actions.
- Authorities or legal parties when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Data Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Workspace admins may request deletion of workspace data. We may retain limited records where legally required or for security/audit purposes.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing.

8. Data Deletion for Connected Social Accounts
If you connected a social account through Cvchub and want associated data deleted, email hello@cvchub.com with:
- Your account email address.
- Your workspace name (if applicable).
- The connected platform you want removed (for example, Facebook or Instagram).
We will verify the request and process deletion or disconnection within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal or security retention requirements.
9. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own. We use reasonable safeguards for cross-border transfers where required.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page.
