By accessing or using Cvchub, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must have authority to act on behalf of your organization or workspace.
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activity under your credentials.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Service Description

Cvchub provides tools for content requests, collaboration, approvals, asset management, scheduling, and publication to authorized social channels.

We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time. Some features may be limited by subscription tier, partner integrations, or regional availability.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Cvchub for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive activities.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt service operations.
• Publish content that violates platform policies or third-party rights.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the service beyond permitted use.

5. Connected Social Platforms

When you connect third-party social accounts, you authorize Cvchub to perform actions you request (for example, publish posts) according to granted permissions.

You are responsible for compliance with each platform's terms, policies, and eligibility requirements. Platform outages, policy actions, or API changes may affect functionality.

6. Fees, Billing, and Renewals

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis unless canceled.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in writing.
• You authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable fees, taxes, and renewals.
• We may change pricing with prior notice; changes apply to future billing cycles.

7. Intellectual Property

Cvchub and its software, branding, and service content are owned by Cvchub or its licensors and protected by applicable law.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Cvchub a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service for you.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service and users.

Upon termination, access may be removed and data may be deleted according to our retention practices.

9. Disclaimers

Cvchub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cvchub and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to amounts paid by you to Cvchub for the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cvchub from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Cvchub operates, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
